Netadmin Systems develops and markets NETadmin, a support system automating operational and business processes in metropolitan, regional and residential broadband networks. The system originates from real-world experience of running city networks in Sweden. It was developed internally at Wasadata, a broadband network owner and Internet service provider needing a technology, service and user management platform for its rapidly growing network. In 2004 Netadmin Systems was founded as an independent company and has since then continued to develop the system.

Today Netadmin Systems has a market leading position in the Nordic countries having a market share of 60% in Sweden. The installed base consists of over 100 customers that provide services to more than 1 million end customers by the support of NETadmin. With installations in more than 15 countries Netadmin Systems is currently in a phase of international expansion.

Customers include telecom operators, municipalities, electric companies, real estate owners, and private broadband network owners. The system is also used in cable-TV networks and in the monitoring networks of utility and railway companies.
