| Netadmin supplies open networks to SSP in Finland |
|
Salon Seudun Puhelin (SSP) chooses NETadmin through partner K&K Active Oy. The system will be delivered in the winter of 2007, initially handling 15,000 customers. The agreement encompasses 30,000 end-customers over a 5-year period. Salon Seudun Puhelin Oy chooses NETadmin to provision and manage its network. The system will be delivered via Netadmin’s partner K&K Active Oy. “Using NETadmin gives the network customers control over the services they want to use. This deal will enable Salon Seudun Puhelin to continue delivering open networks,” says Kari Vuorinen, Business Manager of Network Development at SSP. K&K Active Oy’s sales manager Tapio Venäläinen describes the importance of the deal. “NETadmin enables SSP to improve its broadband services and increase sales of services to both new and old customers via self-provisioning in the service portal.” NETadmin is not reliant on any particular manufacturer or technology, working extremely well in environments comprised of hardware from several different manufacturers, in both fixed and mobile networks. NETadmin is easily integrated with other systems, such as invoicing and CRM systems. The ability to create new services easily and efficiently increases profitability. The standardised self-provisioning portal gives end-users a tool for managing their services 24/7. All changes to the service offering, such as IP-TV and VOD services, are provisioned immediately.
