Netadmin Systems offers training programs aiming to convey requisite knowledge to those about to work with and take on responsibility for continuous administration and system maintenance.

The two basic courses, NA Base and NA Blue, are targeted at technicians, customer service staff, and partners requiring an introduction to NETadmin. Other courses are targeted mainly at those participating in installation and configuration projects. There’s a special training programme for salespersons available. The programme consists of four levels of certification:

• NETadmin System Administrator (NSA) – requires NA Base and NA Blue
• NETadmin System Specialist (NSS) – requires NSA and NA Config, plus a specialisation of choice: NA Install, NA Advanced Provisioning, or NA Advanced Monitoring
• NETadmin System Engineer (NSE) – requires NSS and two further specialisations
• NETadmin Certified Salesperson (NCS) – requires NA Sales

Course length: NA Base 3 days, NA Blue 2 days, NA Config 1 day, NA Install 3 days, NA Advanced Provisioning 3 days, NA Advanced Monitoring 3 days.

Complete course attendance is a requirement for certification, as well as passing a written test.

Courses are given either on location or at Netadmin’s offices in Sweden, where test environments using Alcatel and Cisco networks are available.
