Say hello to Melisa Rydström, who recently joined our team. Melisa has taken up the role of Project Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. We look forward to the unique insights and innovative ideas she will undoubtedly bring to our projects.

Hi Melisa, what did you do before Netadmin?

I was a Project Manager at Etteplan Linköping, managing embedded system product development projects for customers.

What are you passionate about being a Project Manager?

I’m passionate about organizing and solving customers' problems and making sure projects meet their goals in a way that is a sustainable way of working for my colleagues in my project teams.

Why did you start working here with us at Netadmin?

I liked how prestigeless the company felt and how it was managed. The company culture is a big factor in where I want to work since work is a big part of my daily life.

Tell us a little about what you are most looking forward to in your new role here.

I’m looking forward to learn more about the technology we are working with as well as getting to know customers and colleagues.

How did you find out about Netadmin and what encouraged you to apply for the position here?

My manager asked if I was interested in applying for the position. It felt like the right time to try something new in my career.

Ask questions.

What's your passion outside work - your personal interest and hobbies?

Knitting, gardening, interior design, Formula 1, travelling and going to concerts.

Who do you admire and why?

Marie Curie, she worked hard, didn’t let anyone stop from doing what she wanted. She had a career and a family and won the Nobel Prize twice.

What is played in your headphones?

Music: Hanson and Taylor Swift

Podcasts: Tuplakääk, Hei Baby, Antin koulumatka, The Emily Show, En mörk historia and some other true crime podcasts depending on the mood I’m in.
