Say hello to Marie Dhayer as our new Finance Manager. Marie has over ten years of experience in financial management and is bringing a ton of knowledge and expertise to our team. We couldn't be happier to have her on board and know she will be a huge asset.
We’re happy to have you on board!
Hi Marie, and welcome; what did you do before Netadmin?
Thank you! I have been working mainly within Finance and controlling in different positions and countries. My last role was for Impact Coatings in Linköping for four years, where I was responsible for Finance, HR, and Quality.
What are you passionate about being a Finance Manager at Netadmin?
Working in accounting and controlling can seem very boring to some of you. But there is magic in numbers, in the possibility to understand and improve a business by analyzing its numbers. While we have a specific frame to follow to comply with the accounting rules, there is an amazing opportunity for development and learning in the analysis of the business and the definition of the strategy together with the rest of the team.
Why did you start working here with us at Netadmin?
Netadmin is a very interesting business and I had a very good impression when I met the team during the interviews. And working for a growing and profitable business is always fun!
Tell us a little about what you most looking forward to in your new role here.
I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues, learning about the business, and knowing more about all the IT acronyms!
How did you find out about Netadmin, and what encouraged you to apply for the position here?
My ex-colleague saw the job offer on LinkedIn and sent it to me as she knew I was looking for a new job. The size of the company and its business being new to me appealed to me, and that's why I applied for the position.

Whom do you admire and why?
I admire my sister-in-law, whose mission is to protect children and mothers by preventing domestic violence. She is a great role model for me and my daughters.
