Product Advancement Fee (PAF): Your fast-track to innovation
A Product Advancement Fee (PAF) is a paid Change Request (CR) that is prioritized in our development roadmap — ensuring faster development and release compared to standard CRs, while resulting in a permanent improvement to the Netadmin platform available to all customers.
Netadmin continuously develops the platform through standard Change Requests, prioritized based on customer demand and strategic fit. We evaluate CRs based on customer demand, implementation costs, development time, and technical complexity. A PAF follows the same development and quality process, but your investment moves it to the front of the queue.
As a PAF customer, you are actively involved in shaping the solution. You work directly with our product team during the design phase, ensuring the platform improvement meets your specific needs while benefiting the broader Netadmin ecosystem.
To qualify, your PAF request must be technically feasible and align with Netadmin's strategic direction.
With a PAF, you can fast-track new features — especially valuable when you need to meet specific business deadlines.
Our PAF development process
Our customer-centric process draws product development input from diverse sources. We balance strategic focus with operational flexibility to adapt quickly to market needs while maintaining reliable delivery. This approach helps us create innovative solutions that deliver real value to our customers.
The process starts when a customer submits their idea, triggering the scoping phase. Our Product Manager creates an initial estimate and, after customer feedback, prepares a formal offer. Once the order is confirmed, Netadmin fast-tracks the feature's development for the earliest possible release.
‘‘Through Netadmin's PAF process, we have met important internal business deadlines and stayed ahead of competition.’’
