TT Connect has completed the migration from a legacy platform to Netadmin’s modern OSS/BSS solution, delivered with cloud technology and aligned with TM Forum standards. The new platform enables TT Connect to automate wholesale order fulfilment, improve service assurance, and gain greater autonomy in configuring and adjusting the system to meet changing business needs.
A key element of the implementation is Netadmin’s ability to manage the entire order fulfilment process, including provisioning of Raisecom PON infrastructure. The solution also strengthens TT Connect’s service assurance capabilities through proactive monitoring and flexible ticket management.

The solution delivered covers order capture, product catalogue and availability, order management including billing, Raisecom PON inventory, ONT discovery, service provisioning, address management, troubleshooting, ticket management, resource management, work order management, monitoring, fiber installation portal, and partner management of Service Providers.

Despite a tight schedule, TT Connect completed a large part of the implementation themselves, with focus on data migration supported by Netadmin experts.
