Say hello to Alexander, our energic and awesome Project Manager. Just a few weeks have passed, but it feels like he has been with us much longer. Now it’s finally time for you to get to know and say hello to him.
Welcome, Alexander!
Alexander, now that you’ve recently joined the Netadmin family, how has your experience been so far?
It’s only been six weeks since I started, but it already feels like I’ve been part of this team much longer. Everybody has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. I’m very grateful to be here and excited for what’s ahead.
What did you do before Netadmin?
I studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration in Aachen, Germany. I’ve always been interested in working at the intersection of technology and business operations, which makes the Project Manager role at Netadmin a great continuation of my path.
What are you passionate about being a Project Manager at Netadmin?
I enjoy being involved in a variety of challenging and exciting projects, collaborating with fibre operators around the world, and working alongside amazing colleagues. No two days are the same.
Tell us about your proudest work-related accomplishment.
I wouldn’t point to a single personal accomplishment, but I’m constantly amazed by what can be achieved when a great team works together towards a common goal.
When and how come you start working here with us at Netadmin?
In the beginning of May …after contacting Netadmin myself.
What’s your favourite time of the workday?
The morning, as it’s the time of day when I feel the most energetic and focused.
Why apply for a job at Netadmin?
In my opinion, Netadmin creates added value for many different parties. We help fiber operators grow their business and become more successful, while at the same time improving the experience for end users as well.

Okay, no more work talk, what do you do when you are not working?
Outside of work, I like to balance the screen time with activities away from the desk. I enjoy baking and gardening as something more practical and running as it helps me clear my head and recharge.
Who do you admire and why?
My partner, because of (among other great qualities) her incredible patience with me.

At the top of my bucket list is…
At the top of my bucket list is giving pole vault a try and see if I have any hidden talent. If not, having a summer house on a sunny beach in Greece would be an excellent backup.
