Say hello to Rachel Schöneburg

Welcome to our “Say Hello To” series – this time, we’re introducing Rachel Schöneburg, our new Channel Sales Manager!

With a strong background in international B2B sales and partner management, Rachel brings a passion for building meaningful, long-term relationships and creating win-win partnerships. Drawn to the fast-changing Fiber industry and the opportunity to help expand Netadmin’s partner ecosystem from the ground up, she’s excited to connect with partners worldwide and shape strategies that make a lasting impact.

Hi Rachel, it's been a while since you joined the Netadmin family. How has your experience been so far? 

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far here at Netadmin. Everyone has been so kind and helpful as I get settled in. I am excited to be part of a team that is so committed to building something meaningful.   

Hi Rachel, what did you do before Netadmin? 

Before Netadmin, I worked in international B2B sales and partner management, mostly in Saas companies in various industries. I was focussed on helping companies grow through strong partnerships and smart go-to-market strategies. 

What are you passionate about being a Channel Sales Manager? 

I find it very satisfying to build real, long-term relationships and helping partners feel truly seen and supported. It is energizing to find a win-win partnership and watching it flourish. 

Why did you start working here with us at Netadmin? 

I was drawn to the fast-changing Fiber scene and the chance to help expand a partner ecosystem from the ground up. Netadmin stood out because of its vision, product, and the people I met during the hiring process. 

Tell us a little about what you're most looking forward to in your new role here. 

I’m excited to connect with partners across the Fiber world, build scalable processes, and work closely with my colleagues here to shape a partner strategy that really makes an impact for years to come. It is an exciting time to be here at Netadmin. 

How did you find out about Netadmin, and what encouraged you to apply for the position here? 

I came across Netadmin through LinkedIn as well as industry research.  The more I learned, the more it felt like a perfect fit for my experience and interests, especially the opportunity to build something new. 

What’s your favorite time of the day? 

My favorite part of the day is mid-morning. My coffee has kicked in and I’m firing on all cylinders.  

What is the best thing about Netadmin so far? 

The people have been the best part, 100%. Everyone I have come in contact with has been so kind and approachable. I can really feel they are invested in collaboration and me feeling at home.

Let’s start easily (or tricky) - how would you describe yourself in three words? 

Curious, Thoughtful, Resilient 

What's the best career advice you've ever been given? 

“Trust your instincts.” Every step I have taken in my career thus far, has come from leaning into what I didn’t know yet and turning it into a strength.  

What's your passion outside work - your personal interest and hobbies? 

I love spending time with my family. Especially when it includes traveling, good food, or a trip to the beach. Some of my other hobbies include painting and playing music. 

Who do you admire and why? 

People who help others to succeed. I think there is a selfless strength is not only helping yourself but wanting to see others succeed just as much.  

What is played in your headphones? (Podcast/music) 

A huge mix, classical music, American country, Indie, and whatever else piques my interest. 

The top 3 apps used on your phone currently are: 

Spotify, Booking.com, and Instagram (for better or worse!) 

At the top of my bucket list is… 

Moving back to the ocean, it’s where I grew up and what I love.  

If I could choose one superpower, that would be… 

If I could choose one power, it would be teleportation. How wonderful would it be to instantly transport to anywhere at anytime for your whole life!
