Netadmin Announces Enhanced Twilio and SendGrid Integration to Strengthen Operator Communication

Efficient and reliable communication is a cornerstone for network operators and ISPs – from the first customer order to service activation, maintenance, and beyond. As networks expand and customer volumes increase, so does the need for robust messaging infrastructure that scales without introducing bottlenecks.

To meet this need and further enhance customer communication workflows, Netadmin is introducing an upgraded integration with Twilio and SendGrid. This new capability is part of our ongoing efforts, including the upcoming Customer 360 features, to help operators improve customer experience while ensuring operational scalability.

The enhanced integration offers:

  • Optimized high-throughput support for both email and SMS communication, built on the latest Twilio and SendGrid APIs
  • Simple configuration that works as a drop-in replacement for existing methods such as SMTP-based mailing
  • Sandbox mode for testing, making it easier to trial and validate communication flows before going live
  • Support for alphanumeric sender IDs to align with branding requirements
  • Documentation and guidance, helping operators deploy and configure the integration efficiently

This integration is especially valuable for time-sensitive communication needs such as:

  • Order notifications and status updates (KCI messages)
  • Installation scheduling and reminders for installers, ISPs, and end customers
  • Mass notifications about planned maintenance or unexpected outages
  • Ongoing customer interactions through ticketing and help desk processes

The Twilio and SendGrid integrations are available out-of-the-box for all customers running Netadmin 9.1 or 9.2. Operators will need an active subscription with Twilio and/or SendGrid to utilize these capabilities. Documentation and deployment guidance are available to support a smooth onboarding process.
