Efficient and reliable communication is a cornerstone for network operators and ISPs – from the first customer order to service activation, maintenance, and beyond. As networks expand and customer volumes increase, so does the need for robust messaging infrastructure that scales without introducing bottlenecks.
To meet this need and further enhance customer communication workflows, Netadmin is introducing an upgraded integration with Twilio and SendGrid. The Twilio and SendGrid integrations are available out-of-the-box for all customers running Netadmin 9.1 or 9.2. Operators will need an active subscription with Twilio and/or SendGrid to utilize these capabilities. Documentation and deployment guidance are available to support a smooth onboarding process.
