Netadmin Systems, a provider of OSS/BSS solutions for fiber network operators, today announced the promotion of Mats Billenius to Director of Customer Care. Billenius, promoted from Customer Success Manager, will lead the customer care organization overseeing support, success initiatives, and customer engagement across the global customer base.

In his new role, Billenius will be responsible for customer care strategy and operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional support and achieve sustained value from the Netadmin Nine platform. The appointment reflects Netadmin's commitment to customer-centric operations and long-term partnership models.

Billenius brings significant customer engagement experience and proven relationship management capabilities to the director-level position. As Customer Success Manager, he developed expertise in understanding customer operational challenges and ensuring effective platform adoption. His customer-first mindset positions him to lead Netadmin's customer care function during a period of growth and evolving customer expectations.
