Netadmin Names Rickard Mennerdahl Director of Professional Services

Netadmin Systems, a provider of OSS/BSS solutions for fiber network operators, today announced the appointment of Rickard Mennerdahl as Director of Professional Services. Mennerdahl, promoted from Team Manager, will lead the professional services organization overseeing implementation, integration, and advisory services across Europe and North America.

In his new role, Rickard will be responsible for professional services strategy and operations, ensuring successful customer implementations and driving service delivery excellence. The appointment reflects Netadmin's commitment to world-class implementation support as customers deploy and scale Netadmin Nine.

Rickard brings extensive operational and management experience to the director-level position. As Team Manager, he demonstrated strong leadership in managing complex customer engagements and building effective service delivery models. His understanding of fiber network operator requirements positions him to elevate Netadmin's professional services capabilities.
